Something similar to Todoist where we can mark as priority 1 - 5 with associated colours.

You can create 1-5 organization labels:
Priority > 1 - Urgent (red)
Priority > 2 - Important (red)
...
You can mark those labels as favourites, for easy access in labelling menu.
You can then use conversation filters, to see the conversations of any mailbox with only one specific priority label.
