Add company-wide notes on details view

The new details view is amazing to see attachments and previous conversations in one place. It would be great to be able to add notes that are shared with colleagues in here. This way the note can be seen for each incoming conversation for a specific client.

If I am understanding you correctly, this is something I'd also love to see added. I've created a custom integration to achieve a per-conversation notes area, but having it built in would be amazing. My idea was to have a spot where anyone on the team could summarize important info that might otherwise get lost in the larger discussion.
