Send email if no response
The "Send Later" functionality is great and really helps to keep things moving forward. However, if they respond before the email is sent, it creates confusion and mixed messages.
It would be great to add a simple setting to "send email later if no response received"
Essentially it would work in a similar way and could just be another option like "Send Later", "Send & Archive", "Send", "Send if no Reply"
This would basically mean that the email would only be sent if they haven't responded at all or within a certain time period.
This would be massive for me in helping to stay organised and keeping comms moving forward.
