It will be great if similar to the twitter integration it will be available to reply also to post & ads comments or mentions in Facebook because not always customers write in messenger.P (dm)

Would love to have this. Via the current integration, I'm only seeing a fraction of the customer questions (those that are sent via DM) - the majority are on FB/Instagram comments.
