I often find myself downloading a file from missive. Then later, sometimes days later, needing to attach that same file to another email. Ot resend the file to someone. So I go back to the first email, find it, download again, the send in new emaIL. OR I have to remember where I placed it or leave them all in one download folder. EIther way, the workflow slows me down. I wish there was a "File Shelf" where I could see all the files in the emails that I received and sent. The file shelf would also be useful for files that I send frequently.
