Adding a new person in Pipedrive just makes a new person, with no labels, no organisation, nothing. Work places, like mine, that have very strict seperations between categories of contacts, have to add persons, and then as the greased lightning go to PD to finish a contact. I now have a work around: I immediately make a new activity from Missive for that person, that triggers the right automations to get the right labels and so on. But one easily forgets that. And then you get a ghost contact, that is not followed up. Easy solution: 1/ just one extra field from missive, 2/ preferrably a single choice dropdown that is also in PD, 3/ with the choice of facultative or mandatory population. Once a new person is made in Missive with this extra field, the latter can then trigger the right automations to finish and complete a new person.
