In our update 10.59.0 (January 19, 2024), we announced that we now support Things 3 quick entry autofill.

This means that when you Enable shortcut for Quick Entry with Autofill on Things 3 (see 1st image), in Missive, Things 3 will now detect the subject of the selected conversation and add a link to it in the Things 3 task (see 2nd image), much like it does for web browsers.
