When creating a contact from the Pipedrive integration, the current small window is not modal. That makes it harder to copy and paste additional details from a ticket, email, or chat while filling in the contact.

A modal form would keep the entry flow open, save time, and help ensure more complete and accurate contact data is captured.

This would be a strong quality-of-life improvement for teams entering contacts manually.
