The forward to pipedrive feature is great, but using it, we have 2 copies of the same email in Pipedrive and the copy that is linked to the deal includes a ---FORWARDED EMAIL---- header. If we have our email address also linked to pipedrive, it would be great juste to link the thread to an existing deal instead of forwarding.
