Hmm, not sure I agree with this when we are referring to a "personal account" in our organization the personal account may be used for the employee to communicate with HR, with managers, we strive for all client facing communication to be done via a shared/team account. So having access to their personal account may have some sort of HR infringement. If someone were to have access I would limit this to a SUPER ADMIN user which doesn't exist today in Missive roles - limiting that to maybe I.T. personnel but not the usual admins which currently our supervisors/TLs etc. I think that more admin user types need to be developed.
