This is now functional in v. 7.7.0.

perhaps if there was an DND option for staff when they are out of the office.
Then when an email is received, an autoreply promts the sender that if their message is urgent they can reply 'urgent' and at that point it would push a notification and override the DND on the staff members...

Nice idea! It would be also nice, if there can be setup a new auto reply mail on new mails in specific inboxes. For example support@company -> Thanks for your request. We will reply in the next 20 hours..
