Copy Link using missive:// protocol

Found a bug with this. If you try and log in with google oAuth, it fails. I fixed this by adding the # in switcheroo...
See below. I havent found an email yet which didn't have the # after the domain.

I would like this to happen natively, though it seems this is a limitation to the OS (macos?) or Chrome?
Geoff Ball
Robert Merrill: Are you using Switcheroo? Other than that it opens a blank Chrome tab every time I click a link, I've found it very useful and works well with Missive.
Robert Merrill
Geoff Ball: I am now, which is fine, but as you said the blank tab is slightly annoying

Is there a way we can force this to create a link on a Mac to open the native missive app?
Etienne Lemay
Karl Harris: I personally am using the Switcheroo Chrome extension to do that. Every single https://mail.missiveapp.com links will open directly in the desktop app
Laurence Cope
Etienne Lemay: This is good, thank you, although would be great if it did not open a new Untitled tab!

Etienne Lemay: Hi Etienne, any suggestions for a replacement now that switcheroo is down?

A lot of people use the browser and the https:// links to link conversations from different services. The problem with missive:// is that it’s not a recognized protocol and most app will not automatically create clickable link from that URL (i.e. FB Messenger).
What we could do is using the missive:// protocol in Copy Link when alt (option) is pressed, what do you think?
Geoff Ball
Etienne Lemay: That's a good point. I think alt-clicking would be a great idea.
