Please add the option to create a dedicated AI agent user account in Missive.

This AI agent should have its own permissions and controlled access, so admins can decide what it can search, read, draft, assign, or send.

Example use cases:

Mention @ai_agent in a conversation and ask it to draft a reply based on the full email thread and internal comments.

Ask it to assign a task to the best team member based on previous work and context.

Allow admins to define its behavior, tone, rules, and company knowledge through a configurable “soul file.”

Support different AI models depending on the task.

This would be very useful for teams that already have most of their company communication and client history inside Missive, but need a smarter way to search, understand, draft, and route work.
