It would be useful to have a rules option to delay the action by x hours, or x-days. This could be surprisingly powerful e.g. allow drip-feeding of emails to new sign-ups etc.

• Pre-delay conditions are evaluated immediately
• Post-delay conditions are evaluated after the delay
• Actions are applied after the delay if post-delay conditions are met

Yes I see 1 additional feature:
- REPLY to email with a reply of "Delay x hours, x days rule condition"
- (additional option) ONLY reply IF we have NOT gotten a reply
