With a rule "if to:Toto@missive.com, Assign Toto" the rule assigns spams
Hey there. To make sure, are you saying Missive is applying rules to incoming Spam messages, which you don’t want? The way we designed it, rules should not be applied to Spam messages, so this may be a bug.
Can you please email us at email@example.com and include the link to a few of the affected conversations to help us investigate? See the following image showing how to copy a conversation link with right-click. Rest assured we will not see your email contents. We will only look at our logs to see what happened to these conversations.
We indeed had a bug! Rules were applied on incoming Spam emails. This has been fixed.
