I’d like to suggest an improvement regarding how attachments are displayed in Missive.

At the moment, it’s very easy to miss that an email contains an attachment. Attachments can be hidden behind the three-dot menu, and there is no clear visual indication that an email contains a PDF or another attached file.

This means that users essentially have to actively look for attachments in order to notice them. As a result, there is a real risk of missing important documents such as contracts, invoices, quotes, or other files that require attention.

My suggestion would be to make attachments much more visible directly in the email view. For example, there could be a clear attachment icon, filename, or other visual indicator showing that the email contains one or more attachments, without requiring the user to open the three-dot menu.

I believe this would significantly reduce the risk of important documents being overlooked and make email handling both faster and more reliable.
