You can now toggle your Sent mailboxes to show only the conversations with messages you personally created or all the ones from your colleagues. As well as filter in any team inbox for "My sent" to see only your own sent emails.

Agreed. It baffles me that you can't simply click the "Sent" icon and quickly see the messages you yourself have sent.

Yes! We need an easy-to-toggle "Me mode" to switch to just our sent mails. The concept also generalises to Drafts. In both of these I typically expect to see my own emails not all my teams' emails.
The concept of "Me mode" generalises to other folders too though, e.g. the team inbox, but in team mailboxes I expect me mode to be Off by default, whereas in sent I expect it to be On

Is there a method to identify the emails I've individually sent? We operate from a shared email address, and at times, it becomes quite challenging to track down my own emails.

We are having the same issue, and there does not seem to be an easy work around filter/label. I had thought about setting up a rule to apply a label to all emails that I send out (sender is a condition), but it applies it to the whole conversation, but it also requires removing the label when others reply. This is also kind of a pain to need to do for every single user, on the shared inbox.

Yup! With multiple people in the inbox, I am often like "I remember the email I had sent to XYZ about Topic ABC" but it's so much harder to find it without having the "Sent By" filter.

As a temporary workaround, if your workflow has some wiggle room to add labels, you could create a rule for outgoing emails with the condition of "Sender is" and an action of "Add label"
