Fork/duplicate conversation or reply in a new conversation

Sometimes a support question arises in a service delivery thread, it would be good to be able to fork the conversation then so the support team owns a new thread from there, while the original thread continues with the service delivery team. Ideas could be duplicate or fork, or reply in a new conversation the same way you have about forward and resend.

This happens to us as well. Currently we reply twice, once from each team that should be involved, and change the subject line in the reply coming from the newly involved team
