In an effort to support inclusion within our team, it would be great if there was a pronoun field within settings, which would appear after names within chat. Currently we are adding them after our first name in parentheses (he/him/his) which works, however, it's a bit obtrusive as the pronouns appear in bold along with the name. Would be great if they were listed as a subtitle or at least not in bold after the name.

We’ve added pronouns support to contacts and member profiles. When set on member profiles, pronouns will be display next to user names when commenting and also in certain tooltips across the app.

p.s. For everyone interested in having a gender field in their shared signature, it's already possible. Each organization user profile, has a gender field, that can be accessed in the shared signature.
We will add a pronouns field, there too. Should be available soon.

You could use the user status, for this. At the moment, the only downside I see with this method, is you also need to pick an emoji.

Philippe Lehoux: That is really not ideal as we use the user status heavily for keeping our team aware of our current availability, OOO, etc. Having to type it each time they update their status doesn't seem ideal as Pronouns aren't changed frequently like status.
