In Outlook there is this amazing feature that lets you create a Quick-Action that does multiple things for you.
A few useful examples:
  • Forward the email to a specific address
  • Move the email to a specific folder/tag (and mark it as read)
  • reply with a standard response (possibly with placeholders for Name and Date etc.)
The idea being, that you push one button for things you do on a regular basis. As a bonus it could be implements such that you can trigger this action on multiple messages at once.
A specific example: I receive invoices all the time. To get them into a specific Google drive folder is forward them to a specific mail address that is being watched by Zapier. Right now I have to perform these steps:
  • Click on Message
  • Choose forward/reply
  • Choose forward
  • Type in mail adress
  • press send
After Quick actions it could be:
  • swipe on message
  • choose quick actions menu
  • choose “Upload Invoice”
Please vote for this! This could be amazing!

PS: these could even be quick actions in iOS and Android notifications... 🙀
