Support WhatsApp co-existence

Coexistence enables people with the WhatsApp Business App (not API) to connect with WhatsApp Business Platform, so that messages sent to the app sync with the API (and hence can appear in Missive). This would be a massive unlock for us because it means our sales people can be supported on Missive by a team, whilst they could still directly message clients from their normal WhatsApp Business app. This also means we won't be forced to use templates.

I support 100%. Whatsapp is a tool widely used by our salespeople and janitors and I imagine that it is the same thing in a lot of small size-mid-size businesses. These professional conversations cannot be shared and Missive is a phenomenal tool for aggregating the conversation and sharing the conversation as a team. The implementation of coexistence would be a phenomenal asset and I think it can be an incredible business driver for you because it is a feature that is very rarely offered. I've only seen it at Respond.io. for now.
