Unable to send video attachement in whatsapp > 500Kb

Hi i'm testing Missive as we may switch from Front App however it's crucial to us that we can send videos in WhatsApp to our customers (we are an ecard company). WhatsApp has a 10Mb limit on individual video size so I cant see why I am unable to do this in Missive (you can in Front). Am I making a mistake or if not is it possible for Missive to enable this?

You can now attach up to ~16MB medias to WhatsApp messages on Missive.
