Like you currently use the Facebook API for direct integration with Facebook Messenger, it would be great if you could integrate with the proper Whatsapp API: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/cloud-api/get-started
This would be beneficial for two reasons.
> Saves any costs associated for Twillio
> Means that we can use official landline numbers registered with Whatsapp Business instead of having a random twillio number which is inconsistent.
> We have the ability to still use the Whatsapp for Business App to initiate and reply to conversations in addition to Missive. Just like with Messenger.

No need to add a WhatsApp account via a third-party provider anymore, you can now import your business WhatsApp directly from Facebook Business Manager.

Is it possible to integrate Whatsapp Business and not Business API? So I can scan my code as a device and connect it it? This way we can use groups and message clients without the limitations waiting to hear from the client first. Like Timelines.ai or Trebot?

I don't know why we can't do it with the Meta's integration as it is easier to configure, cheaper, and has more features like voice notes and others. We have been trying Missive, but this is a big throwback for us...
