After the recent price change it get's quite expensive if you have a big team of freelancers who don't work all the time for your company. I'm wondering if it's not possible to introduce a "lite" or "guest" plan so you can invite some people free (or cheap) with limited features. For example: They can't send emails They cant plan tasks (when this feature is there) They can't have their own mailbox They CAN be in conversations & in comments of e-mails. We pay for our internal team of 20 people with pleasure, but the 20 external freelancers are now on Slack (where they have such a "guest" user plan where you get x- guest seats depending ont he paid seats you have) This would be a great solution and would make us move further away from Slack and move into Missive. For us this would mean a big difference as we want to move to Missive and use it as our only and #1 "communication HUB"
